inspection I called heritage Honda and made an appointment immediately for my car to be inspected to drive for Uber they got me in a few days later. Great service Got my oil changed and tire rotation today. Excellent, professional service! I was greeted by a young man who asked if I wanted a bottle of water. Right away, I felt comfortable. My service host was Blake Dumas, and he was plea I was greeted by a young man who asked if I wanted a bottle of water. Right away, I felt comfortable. My service host was Blake Dumas, and he was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. I was quite impressed by the fact that when he asked if I wanted the tires rotated, I told him if it wasn't needed, to wait; other service centers might have charged me and rotated them regardless, but Heritage felt that they were in fine shape. As I said, this impressed me. They replaced my wiper inserts and not the entire blade, which was also great (I have been to places where they replaced everything!) The waiting areas were nice, and my wait time was what I had been told. There were no surprises in the bill; Blake had told me that the coupon I had did not include taxes, and he gave me an estimate of the final cost. I moved to Parkville two years ago, but didn't think to look for a new service center. I am so glad that I found Heritage Honda, and will most definitely be using their services for my CRV from now on! More
