I called on a Wednesday and had my car serviced on the following day. Marc Sowder who was my service coordinator was Very friendly and helpful in explaining everything. Needed to go back the next day for a minor adjustment and was taken immediately to correct. They put my mind at ease to know my car is ready for the road again. Thank You More

We brought our 2021 pilot in to replace the front grill because of black paint peeling. They were also putting in all weather mats given to us as a courtesy for some troubles we had. The car was dropped because of black paint peeling. They were also putting in all weather mats given to us as a courtesy for some troubles we had. The car was dropped off at 830 am my wife gave her phone number as she would be picking up the car and was told she would get a call a call as soon as it was finished. No call until a few mins after 5:00 and call came to me so I had to call her to let her know the car was ready. Any Honda dealership I went to with previous cars always did an exterior wash when the car was in for service not the case with this location. You might say I’m knit picking but considering when we took delivery of the car I had to take the rest of the plastics off and throw away the shipping trash from in the car I really thought it might be washed. Secondly when installing the all weather mats they didn’t vacuum the floors before hand the car only has 3k on it and we have vacuumed it several times before so it’s not like we were expecting a detail nor were the floors in bad condition. It just seemed in poor service to put all weather mats down over top of dirt in the carpet. We are very appreciative of the courtesy mats but concerned as to what type of service we will receive in the future for oil changes etc. lastly when my wife went to pick up the car the advisor who checked her in is who was there and she explained it seemed as though he had no idea who she was or why she was there but made sure to mention filling out the survey. I would say set customer’s expectations at drop off assuming a wash is our mistake however it might be nice to say something about not vacuuming before installing mats. More
