This was the 3rd dealership I had gone to inorder to get out of a lease on a Jetta. This was the only dealership that was able to help me not, only out of my lease but to provide me with a new that I wanted out of a lease on a Jetta. The salesman, Mok Bsaiso was extremely professional and went out of his way to get me the deal and car I wanted. His manager, was also extremely helpful. These guys actually paid my last four payments on my lease as well as on overage charge for extensive miles. I went home with a smile on my face and a new honda coupe. I would recommend these guys and their dealership to anyone who wants an honest, professional dealership. I will buy or lease here again. THANKS!!!! More

By far the best Honda dealer experience in the Baltimore-DC area. Very professional and thorough knowledge of their product. Make sure you do some good research on what you ought to pay, propose a rational price, and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised - I was, after initially being somewhat skeptical. We bought an '09 Honda Pilot from these guys - let me put it this way, it was worth driving nearly 80 miles (and pass dozens of other dealers along the way) to buy from these guys. This was the first new vehicle that I have purchased and my first "foriegn" vehicle purchase as well. My search for a minivan led me to Honda, my conversation with Gary Burlage led me to Heritage. Gary was professional, knowledgeable and courteous and made the entire purchase process easy and efficient. Gary sold the vehicle.My first experience with the service department exceeded my expectations. I had stopped in one morning, unscheduled, around 800 am to see if I could get a quick oil change. I was in the area for a 900 am appointment abount a mile away from the dealership. The service department said they could squeeze me in at 9 am, this conflicted with my appointment. The service department made this offer, leave your vehicle, we will drive you to you appointment, call when your done and we will pick you up. My appointment ended at 1000, I was picked up returned to the dealership where my vehicle was completed and waiting for me. OUTSTANDING. The second service experience involved a cosmetic flaw/repair in the leather seating. Tony Mantegan, Service Manger, inspected the concern and resolved issue ..no problem. Tony sold the next vehicle I will buy, it will be from Heritage. More
We came into the dealership looking for a used Honda Accord. After running multiple numbers for us we found that we were unable to afford what we thought we could. In the end we found something that we could afford and were happy about! While we were sitting in the dealership (for 4 hours) other salesman came up to talk to us and help us with our decision. They were all freindly and not pushy at all. Jim was very helpful and extremely understanding with our financial situation. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. More
We originally went to Heritage VW to purchase a used car, but since they couldn't sell a certified Honda, we were taken next door to purchase the car.Both dealers were excellent.Our salesman Jimmy was a plea but since they couldn't sell a certified Honda, we were taken next door to purchase the car.Both dealers were excellent.Our salesman Jimmy was a pleasure to deal with and we never felt pressured.He did everything he could to make sure we were happy with the purchase.When we went to the finance dept, Seth explained everything to us and helped us choose options that were right for us.We realized that the car only had one key, so Will in the parts dept ordered a new one and it was there within 2 days.We haven't had any dealings with the service dept yet, but from what I've heard they are a pleasure to work with as well.We are very pleased with our purchase and are very happy that we made the purcahse at Heritage Honda. I went into this dealership with an internet option and found that even though the person that I had been interacting with was not there, the person that took over was very friendly and comforting. She re found that even though the person that I had been interacting with was not there, the person that took over was very friendly and comforting. She reassured me that there would be no hard feelings and that they work together. She even introduced me to the person once he came in. I never felt put in the middle. This dealership was open to questions and honored a lesser deal with another dealer. I left feeling very at ease with my purchase. More
