At first I was dealing with Eric to buyout the lease on my 2005 Civic. I dealt with him and Mike and they were both very nice. Once again Eric was there to answer any questions that I had, even giving me some tips on dealing with the insurance company. He was going on vacation so he forwarded my info to Hal who called me to introduce himself and let me know that if I had any questions, I could call him. I ended up dealing with Hal when I purchased my new used car last week, but Eric was also there and Mike dealt with the finance end. They were very nice, not pushy at all and answered all questions patiently. More
I took my Honda Accord for a preventive maintenance schedule. Few days later, the two engine belts went out of their place, although they were suposed to inspect them and andjust them (this part of the schedule. I came back to complain and they did not want to accept their fault. They claimed that they only do a visual inspection and they don't touch anything. Then, the question is: why they charge so much? and why they do not disclose the fact that they are not going to touch your car and they are not going to take any responsability for their work? More

I began my search for my car online. I spoke with Hal Neat on the telephone a couple of times before I went into buy the car. I usually dread buying cars because of "cheeseball" sales people. It was such a relief to find a sales person who was friendly, intelligent and best of all not condescending or pushy. When I went back into sign the papers and pick up the car I had to bring my children (two seven year olds) with me (which I would not suggest to anyone.) When they got bored of the toys we brought with us and started with the "how much longer" whine, Hal cheerfully offered stickers and toys for them to play with.....very nice. The car was ready, clean and all set to go. All in all a great experience. Thank you. More

I was assingned to Chris and he was great, he said it would take about four hours to to the work and he kept me informed during the process. He even took me back into the service shop to meet the guy who was installing my stuff! There is a nice waiting area that extends into the showroom, that included a couple of internet terminals - outstanding! As estimated, the car was ready in four hours. Can't wait to get my new Honda serviced at this awsome dealership/repair shop. More

In visiting three Honda dealers, Heritage Honda was by far the most efficient and timely in moving from the greeting phase to the bottom line. Mr. George Holmack was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient to our needs. I went in with prices in mind from Internet research and he used the very same Internet sites to expedite a reasonable price. After a price was agreed upon, George and the Heritage Honda team quickly and efficiently moved my wife and I through the paperwork maze and out the door to our new CRV. The Heritage Honda team is a friendly, efficient, and reasonable Honda dealership. I recommend them to anyone who wants the bottom line up front. In approximately two years, I will be looking for a new car and Heritage Honda will be my first stop. More

I was not harrassed with phone calls or unsolicited emails delivered during the night. Mr Kirns was a wonderful no pressure salesman. He described his product and let the product sell itself rather than using persuasive "pitches". The final price was within $81 of what I anticipated spending based upon Edmunds.com and Consumer Reports and the finance package that I qualified for was better than that of the credit union of which I am a member. Mr Roland, the Sales Manager, thanked me for my purchase and has made himself available to answer questions about my vehicle since the purchase. Both of these men have been absolute gentlemen and I have felt respected as a woman and as an educated consumer. This dealership is professional in its business relations with customers. I did not encounter any of the "practices" that I was forewarned about. My car was clean, excellently detailed, and ready for me to pick up at my convenience. It was a stress free experience....I wvwn left with tags and a repistration! More
