My experience with Heritage Honda began a couple of months ago when I went in to look at the Civic, Accord, and CR-V as a possible replacement for my 16 yr old BMW. I was only exploring that day. Even so, Jim Procheska spent alot of time with me,which included answering all my many questions and taking me on 2 test drives!When I decided on the CR-V and became serious about buying I came back several times trying to determine a color for my new car. Everytime the attention I received from Jim was exceptional. He was friendly, professional and extremely patient. By the time I made my decision and bought my car on 6/23 I had spoken to several other employees at Heritage and though they were not my salesman, they were all friendly and helpful. The atmosphere at this dealership is welcoming with no pressure to buy. I would recommend this dealer and certainly Jim Procheska to anyone in the market for a Honda!!!! More

Mok was able to degotiate alot of my deal over the phone so I didn't have to deal with my 2 kids during a tedious back and forth as most dealerships do. Hal even stood in the rain as long as was necessary to discuss external features, and then he patiently and thoroughly described and demonstrated the Pilot's internal, various bells and whistles, which can certainly leave one feeling overwhelmed.
