We ended up at Heritage of Parkville because they honored, even beat, the USAA Auto Circle Certified Price we had for the vehicle we were interested in. Once there however, I think the sales staff went above and beyond to locate the vehicle of our choice. We had to wait a few days to actually take ownership but not having to settle was the best. Finance department was even able to beat the preapproved loan we walked in with!! More
