I saw an advertisement for Heritage Honda Parkville on the internet. After clicking and being offered a gift card for stopping by, we decided to do that. We never left the dealership, and after being taken care of by Ken Davis, the GM Jim and Seth Bond, our experience was very good. We will recommend them and the dealership to our friends and family! My husband and I went car shopping after his car began having a starting problem which a dodge dealership could not correct. My husband saw a Ford Mustang for sale at a reasonable price so we went to see it. However, the car was not at the dealership on Saturday as we were told and that we would have to come back, Monday. They called us and said the car was there but when we got there it wasn't. The salesman didn't seem to care about the inconvenience this causing us and told us that we needed a down payment and we had yet to even see the car. To say the least I was irritated and told my husband that we should go to Heritage Honda since I had bought my new Honda Fit there in 2009. We were greeted by Jim and explained what we needed and what we could afford. Jim was honest with us about financing and the way used cars are sold and valued. Our credit is better now than it was two years ago but it is still not where it should be. Jim let us know where we stood and that he and his financing department would do their best to get us what we needed. He did just that. We got an excellent car, a 2008 Honda Accord with a full 7yr/120,000 extended warranty and financing we could afford. He was very courteous and personable. The next car will be another Honda. I would never go back the the first dealership, again. More

Went to this dealership to purchase a 2011 Honda CRV in Dec 2010. The sales person was nice and he showed us the car and took time to drive. We were really impressed. But the good stuff ends there. Firstly, they tried to sell us a black 2010 CRV telling it was the last and it had a discounted price. When I said I wanted a 2011, they said they would match the price of the other dealer but would add some accessories that would cost me around $400 more. I told them that I don't need the accessories. After a while, I was prepared to buy the accessories. They had some colors (green, white etc.) but they didn't have the color I wanted. We were ready to leave. Then they said manager made an "honest" mistake and the quote they gave was for 2010 model. Seriously? Didn't you say previously that you only have one black 2010 CRV left? LIES!!! They said the other dealer was trying to cheat me by selling a 2010 model as well. I started to see how "honest" they are. I understand they are trying to sell a car, but I wasn't impressed at all. Bad experience. I left the place went to the ODonnell dealer and bought a 2011 model in the color I wanted with no extra junk added. More

We are very grateful to have had Bill Gretes help us with the decision to trade our 2007 Honda Accord for the 2011 Accord. I had been searching for a vehice for about 7 months and was rather tired and frustrated with the entire process. However, I found the staff at Heritage Honda Parkville to be friendly, down to earth, and HO was rather tired and frustrated with the entire process. However, I found the staff at Heritage Honda Parkville to be friendly, down to earth, and HONEST! Hal Neat received my initial inquiries and gave me a nice overview of my options. He did this in a way that was both understandable and kind. Rob Jones followed up by allowing me to test drive three different vehicles in the same day on different types of roads (city and highway). I could tell that customer satisfaction was his primary goal. I was amazed by his amount of patience and respect towards me as a customer. Sadly, I have not always found this type of treatment to be the norm. He really seemed to care about getting me the right vehicle that would be the best fit for my needs. Jared walked me through the financing portion clearly and also had a great attitude. Overall, the experience here was wonderful. The staff are real people, who care about helping customers get the vehicle that is right for their needs. More
This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to rate a dealership. I dealt with several dealerships to find an Odyssey. Dan was the first to respond to my request online. Everyone at the dealership was so professional, honest and eager to meet our needs. Even better, the price of the car was the "one to beat" when comparing other dealers pricing. All of the staff were very professional and I could tell that they had my best interest at heart not just the sale. This is my second vehicle from them and I always recommend to my friends looking for a Honda that it is worth the trip up to Parkville for it. Their service department is awesome as well, I have brought my other vehicle up several times. The service people get to know you and always welcome you back. Overall great great people to deal with. The sales manager was courteous and it was a straight forward, no haggle experience unlike some of the experiences which I have had with other dealerships in the past. The salesman was no pressure, very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent over a hour with me going over the features and controls of the vehicle before I left with it. Similarly, my experience with the finance department went quickly and smoothly. The paperwork was promptly prepared and processed and options such as extended warranties were conveyed in an informative yet low key, nonpressuring manner. I have been purchasing new cars for many years and found my recent purchasing experience at this dealership to be the best that I have ever had. More
