My 2010 Honda CRV (8 months old) was totaled in a violent accident (rear-ended). The other driver's insurance offered me a settlement that I didn't think would put me in a brand new vehicle - or even a com accident (rear-ended). Ken Davis and Eric Dykeman very calmy reassured me that they could put me in a brand new 2011 CRV at no extra cost to me. They found one identical to my 2010 vehicle (which was my request) in just a few days. They were extremely reassuring and made the entire process so easy. What a relief. My wife and I stopped in at Heritage to test drive a 2011 Honda Fit Sport. Ray McLaughlin was the sales rep who worked with us and he made the test drive very stress free.
