Great buying experience. Terrill did a great job in walking me thru the Odyssey that I eventually purchased. This past Thursday it was a rather cool morning, while on my way to work, my 2006 Civic overheated. I finally decided to have it towed into the Parkville dealership. Mark and Heritage Honda Parkville, will have my business from here on out. The service staff is great and very willing to help. They took care of my car in 3 working days. I was completely amazed. I live in Virginia and will drive to Parkville Honda when I am ready to buy my next car as well as continuing my service and Civic care needs there. Very much satisfied. More
We were in the market for a Honda Odyssey EX. After talking to a co-worker he recommended Heritage Honda Parkville. Boy will he get an earful when I get to work tomorrow. We had a trade in that we wa talking to a co-worker he recommended Heritage Honda Parkville. Boy will he get an earful when I get to work tomorrow. We had a trade in that we wanted to get close to payoff for which we bought from Heritage Mazda in Bel Air. After talking to Rich he appraised the car and said it had "issues" (a scratch in the hood). He quoted us far below what three other dealers have offered (all of them said the car was in excellent condition). After asking if he would meet the price quoted to us by Heritage Westminster he went in the back and called Westminster and told them our trade in had major issues and not to deal with us. He came back out gloating that he called Westminster and they no longer wanted to give us the price they had quoted. I've dealt with car salesman before but never have I seen such unprofessionalism! I'll drive to California to by my next car before I ever dream of dealing with Heritage Parkville again! More
Dan was very helpful in getting us the information we wanted and needed on our new Odyessy. I love my new car. I got it on a monday. Was ask on Wednesday if i wanted to take it back. It was a pleasure working with Keith Kirn when we purchased our new Honda Fit. Keith had sold us our Honda Odyssey five years ago and knew we have a CRV as well as the Odyssey. He suggested we look purchased our new Honda Fit. Keith had sold us our Honda Odyssey five years ago and knew we have a CRV as well as the Odyssey. He suggested we look at the Fit, as it would round out our Honda collection with a great commuter vehicle. He is extremely knowledgeable and easygoing. He never pressured us into any decision. He showed us options and let us decide what we wanted to do. He was very thorough in showing us everything on the car, and when we purchased it, he marked pages in the manual for our easy access should we need it. Keith has an easy smile and a warm manner. We have now bought two cars from him and will recommend him to anyone we meet who wants to buy a car. We love our Honda Odyssey, CRV, and Fit and we are lucky to have gotten to work with Keith Kirn. I was stranded in Parkville on my way to New York from Frederick, MD. As I was coming up rt 95 my 2002 Civic started losing power. I pulled off and called Heritage since they were near by. Erin Lober answ Frederick, MD. As I was coming up rt 95 my 2002 Civic started losing power. I pulled off and called Heritage since they were near by. Erin Lober answered the phone at about 4:30pm and gave me directions. She advised me that the service department closed at 5pm. I got there about 5pm.. I explained my predicament and she went to service manager Steve ( I didn't get his last name). Steve found Dave Ernest (tech) and Dave said he would stay and take a look at the car. In about 40 minutes the vehicle was repaired and Erin had me on my way. All three of these wonderful caring professional employees went out of there way to keep me from being stranded.
