Great experience I applied for a car loan, wasn't really expecting a call from anyone. I just testing the waters to see if i could get financed but wasn't seriously lo I applied for a car loan, wasn't really expecting a call from anyone. I thought it was just to show me around and all that good stuff. I tried out a car and filled out the paper work. That's when i figured things wouldn't work out because i was told i had to wait for the finance manger to come in, do i was like well that means i was denied lol. I get a ring the next day to come pick up my new car. To think just three days prior i wasn't even considering buying a car. More

I found myself in need of a vehicle so I turned to Heritage Honda of Parkville. The finance advisor made my experience a living nightmare. Needless to say thanks to her lack of professionalism, knowledge, and a customer friendly attitude, I will not step foot again in that dealership. More
