I informed Ms. Marsheck that I was a first-time buyer and she completely made this experience a comfortable one. She worked with me, making sure I understood the process and was very patient when things we hard for me to grasp. When going to test drive the car, Ms. Marsheck showed me all the features the car has to offer and helped me stay calm, because I was a little nervous to do the test drive. She is a wonderful woman who will make you feel comfortable and was great with me get what I wanted. On the financing side, Dustin Goodman was equally as helpful at getting me through my first car buying experience.
