Heritage Honda and the games they're playing with interest rates, etc is beyond absurd that tied me up for over an hour. Wasted hours of my time to get a deal closed that was already pre-negotiated and ready to go, lost valuable time. Finding out today that I'm not even financed with Honda, got a statement from Bank of America (surprise to me). Skip Heritage and go elsewhere. If you have time to waste, and want to haggle for hours this is the place to go....... More

Easiest, most straightforward car buying in the area I wasn't necessarily interested in buying a new car this summer, but my husband stopped by Heritage to replace a flat tire on his Ridgeline and stoppe I wasn't necessarily interested in buying a new car this summer, but my husband stopped by Heritage to replace a flat tire on his Ridgeline and stopped in to ask about pricing and offers on the Honda Accord Hybrid which I was in the market for. Bob Stroud made such a fair offer (taxes,tags, out the door) on an on-site Honda Accord Hybrid Touring, I showed up the next day to test drive it. When I arrived, Joe Nagel made sure I was comfortable, was fully prepared to take me for the test drive, and had prepared ahead of time to answer all my questions about the model and trim. Joe and Bob understood that the Touring offered more features than I was really interested in and offered to get an EX-L of my choosing shipped from another dealer. The price offered on the spot for the EX-L was reasonable and we agreed verbally on the price and financing knowing my current loan offers from elsewhere and positive credit score. When I showed up to sign for the car a few days later, the price and financing were exactly as offered. No haggling or messing around with sudden increases. Joe was prepared with all the paperwork he could prep in advance and took me for one final test drive so I could be sure it was "the one". My financing experience with Dustin Goodman was straightforward and although Honda offered the usual added warranties, etc., and Dustin explained the advantages (I did elect Total Loss Protection/GAP but not the added warranty at my own risk), Dustin did not pressure us more than necessary to add in additional coverage. I appreciated that the Manager and Joe Nagel both called a few days later to make sure I was happy with my purchase, answer any last questions I might have about the vehicle and check in about my overall car buying experience. Can't recommend Heritage Honda enough. My husband bought his truck from them in November 2016 and had such a positive experience, we knew it was where we should buy from when I was ready to make a purchase.
