Used car buying made easy My son was searching for a new car and found a honda that he wanted to test drive. We called and Lou had it ready and waiting for us. Lou told us all about the car and answered all of our questions. He was great. As expected, we went back and forth on a price, but the end result was more than what my son wanted to pay. I didn't realize that dealerships don't bargain the way they used to! For 3 days my son searched the internet and dealerships for another car. He drove a lexus, subaru and another honda, but none of them were the same quality of the car Lou had. In the end, my son decided that he would spend a little more and get the car of his dreams. Being a 23 yr old that didn't want to wait another minute and of course I wanted my car back, we drove back to Heritage (from Columbia) to get the car. Unfortunately Lou was gone for the day. I am sorry that I didn't think to call Lou as he was so nice to us... His desk mate Nick took care of us and my son got to drive his car home! If we ever need another used car, I would go back to Lou. More
