Vehicle sold with bad tires IF I COULD SELECT NO STARS I WOULD DO SO! Purchased my vehicle in July 2017. When the vehicle was purchased, the sales associate advised that there we IF I COULD SELECT NO STARS I WOULD DO SO! Purchased my vehicle in July 2017. When the vehicle was purchased, the sales associate advised that there were new tires on the vehicle. Had I known I was not going to get new tires, I could've prevented that situation that occurred yesterday. Stuck on the side of the road with a 3 year old and a blown tire for 2 hours. When I called the dealership for assistance through the warranty that I purchased, I was told they could not help. Additionally, I was hung up on & the salesmen would not answer the phone. To make matters worst, I went there the day before for an oil change & they inspected my tires and added air. Later I found out there was a bubble in my tire which caused the blow out! You would think with this being a Honda dealership, they would value their customers. Now I have to spend $670 tires on a car that I haven't even had a year yet! Needless to say, I am disgusted with their customer service. More
