Greg distinguished himself helping us out during the entire process of looking at perspective vehicles, making sure that we received quick accurate service throughout our entire experience, and that we were happy and satisfied. John provided us with an extensive introduction to the Honda CRV (the vehicle which we decided best fit our needs) and traveled with us during our test drive of the vehicle making us feel as if we were merely giving him a ride in our own new vehicle, while pointing out the advantages of Honda over other competing brands and responding to our questions about the CRV. Once we decided on the CRV, Rick helped us through what is for most people the worst part of buying a car...that's right the extensive mountain of paper work. Rick worked fast during a busy holiday weekend to get the necessary paper work together, to fully explain its meaning, and to make sure that everything was accurate and completed correctly. My wife is a lawyer and I am currently a teacher and law student and I can tell you that this attention to detail was greatly appreciated. My wife and I both know what can happen when such important information is completed inaccurately because of haste. The sales manager and Lan were very friendly, however that does not get you a new vehicle. I spent most of a Saturday with them leaving with the thought that I would be purchasing a car the following we that does not get you a new vehicle. No one had contacted me about the financing. When I went in at what I had thought was my appointment time, Lan was not there. When she arrived, there were no available desks. They pulled out all the stops to earn our trust and our business, offering us a better car than the one we'd planned to lease, for the same price that fit our budget. We were impressed at their desire to make us comfortable as their customers and we're very happy with the experience. The staff were very friendly and the car is amazing!
