Carl Foxwell would be any dealers dream to have. I went to the Memorial Car Show and when I came to the Honda area, Carl new me from when I saw him in February. Everything was great with one exception... this was an ALL DAY process. I would not have minded if it was just me, but I had a wife, a 3 year old, and an 18 month old there too. I visited Bel Air Honda after beginning an internet inquiry with Leslie. I thought that Memorial Day would be a very busy day and it was. My wife was very specific about what she wanted, and of course the CR-V model was not in stock. Eric assured us he would get us one within 48 hours and he did in less than 24 hours! We purchased a new car 2 weeks ago and Joe was great so I returned to purchase a used vehicle from him. As I went to the dealership without an appointment Joe had to excuse himself for a scheduled appointed he had made earlier. He introduced me to Robert who helped finalize the paperwork and stay with me until the process was completed. Joe also checked in with me several times. The used car manager took a great deal of time completing his portion of the paperwork which extended the time I was in the dealership. Had it not been for Joe and Robert I would have left the deal on the table and walked out. The new car manager also checked on me and was very friendly and professional, attempting to expedite the process. We are happy with our new and used hondas and agree you are fortunate to have employees like Joe and Robert. We will recommend your dealership to others and have them contact Joe or Robert when they are ready to start to look. More

Carl is a superb sales person with integrity. He is helpful without being "pushy" and gives accurate information about each car. He is friendly in an upbeat way that lends itself to the type of mutual respect adults are most responsive to. He doesn't call me "hon" or assume because I am older and female that I know nothing about cars. I have bought two cars from Carl and as long as he is there I will not buy anywhere else even though it is not that convenient for me to get there. I recommend him to all my friends. More
