In January, my wife and I began shopping for a new vehicle. Being a GM buyer, my first dealership was a Chevrolet dealer. We looked at the Chevrolet Malibu. Not being dead set on any particular bra vehicle. Being a GM buyer, my first dealership was a Chevrolet dealer. We looked at the Chevrolet Malibu. Not being dead set on any particular brand of vehicle we also checked out the Ford Fusion. We test drove each of these vehicles and liked the features in each of them. On January 20, 2014 we pulled into the Bel Air Honda dealership to consider the Honda Accord. We were met very quickly by a salesperson - Dennis Mattheu. We told him we were just car shopping, checking out different models and that we were not purchasing this day. He was very professional telling us that he understands the need to consider all options when making a large purchase. He escorted us to the Honda Accords and lets us browse alone. We found a Honda Accord sport that appealed to us. We asked him if we could test drive the vehicle. He immediately obtained the keys for us and we drove the vehicle. During the test drive he pointed out the features of the Accord. Having a 2002 vehicle we were not quite familiar with all of the electronics. He explained each item in detail. After completing the drive we thanked him for his time and courtesy, but at the present time was not completing a purchase. He thanked us for checking Bel Air Honda out and if there were any questions concerning the vehicle to please call him. After leaving my wife and I discussed the features of all the vehicles we test drove. After further investigation, crash studies, customer reviews we decided to purchase the Accord. We called Dennis back advising him of our decision but that we preferred the Basque Pearl Red instead of the white. He said that's no problem we have 3 in stock. On 1/22/14 we responded to the dealership and completed all the paperwork. This was done efficiently and in a timely manner. All aspects of the purchase were great. I highly recommend this dealership if you are purchasing a new vehicle. More

I have now bought my second car from Bel Air Honda and have had all maintenance work done within the dealership. They have consistently been straightforward and done very high quality work. My recent experience in dealing with Rick Tassone in the purchase of my new Accord was especially noteworthy. I found him to be very honest and aggressive but not pushy. As a result we not only bought a new Honda Accord but also arrange to lease a Honda Civic able to answer all my questions during the sales process. My wife was looking to buy a CRV in 2012, so we visited the local honda dealership, in Dundalk, and had a very bad experience. Then, we heard from a friend that Bel Air Honda is great and decided to make a the local honda dealership, in Dundalk, and had a very bad experience. Then, we heard from a friend that Bel Air Honda is great and decided to make a trip up there. We dealt with Gus Mamalis from the start, and he was very reasonable to work with. He was very knowledgeable with all of the features of the 2012 CRV and inspired us into making a good decision in buying the CRV. We had to negotiate a few times, of course, but he was never pushy. When we came to a disagreement about the value of our trade-in (Carmax offered a lot more), he was willing to ask the finance department to match the Carmax quote and they did. Needless to say we left happy CRV owners. Two years later, my wife was getting the oil changed in her CRV at Bel Air Honda, and I decided to take a look at the new civics. Gus saw us on the floor and spoke to us and even remembered my wife's name! He was really friendly, asking how we like the CRV and we told him about the kids on the way and how I need a new car. He showed us the new 2014 civics and let me test drive one and was even willing to email me an estimate based on my trade-in because we didn't have much time. I got the estimate the same day. Later that week, I brought my trade-in so they could accurately estimate the value and I ended up buying a new civic that night. Gus worked with me, trying many different options for leasing/buying a 2013 or a 2014 civic and trying to get me the best deal. I never thought they would reach my target payment, but they did and I couldn't refuse. More

My experience started with Chris Schroeder in sales. He could not have been any more informative about the Honda Pilot we ended up purchasing. His knowledge and friendly help made our decision on model, et could not have been any more informative about the Honda Pilot we ended up purchasing. His knowledge and friendly help made our decision on model, etc. very easy to make. He stayed in contact during the process of obtaining the model and color we wanted. After the transaction was complete he went over the options on the car and how they worked, offering to assist us anytime after the delivery. In summation the experience could not have been any better and that is a direction refection on Chris and his outstanding performance. As part of the purchase an accessory purchased had to be installed (side steps). Bruce Knapik handled the coordination of the installation. His professional handling of this is worthy of mentioning. Bad weather was coming in fast and Bruce got me in and out of dealership in record time. Much appreciated by me. In addition he was able to quickly respond to questions I had regarding the air bag warning lights! He eased my concerns by explaining why the passenger light stated the passenger air bags were off when the car was started. Note: Not happy about the process of having to create an account in order to submit my review! Considered cancelling review but Chris and Bruce desired the praise, so I complied. More
