I have been a customer of Bel Air Honda for over 15 years and have been very satisfied with the customer service and work from the Service Department for all three (3) of my current Hondas (as well as the on and have been very satisfied with the customer service and work from the Service Department for all three (3) of my current Hondas (as well as the ones I owned previously). Chrissy Richmond has been my service advisor for many years and has done a great job. Chrissy gets my vehicles in for service with limited notice due to my and my wife's busy work schedules and has my vehicles back to me in a timely manner. In addition, if there are any issues with my vehicles, Chrissy spells out what needs to be completed, the time it will take, as well as the cost. She is very prompt at informing me of anything that comes up while the vehicles are being worked on that should be addressed. Chrissy and her manager, Tom Fields, are the main reasons why I bring my cars into Bel Air Honda for service. Within the last year, my daughter also bought a Honda Civic and Chrissy has become her service advisor. I feel very good that my daughter will be taken care of by Chrissy and the Service Team so that her first Honda will last a long time. Chrissy is an asset to the Service Department at Bel Air Honda. We shopped around and visited many Honda dealers in search of the Civic we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. In our experience, no other dealer compared with Bel Air Honda. Gus Mamalis and the team at Bel Air Honda are terrific to work with. We obtained an outstanding price quote via the Internet for a Honda Civic. We had to travel some distance after work to get to Bel Air Honda, and Gus met with us close to closing time. He was pleasant and informative, and stayed long past closing to get us into our new vehicle. He had us test drive the car, showed us the features, made sure all of our questions were answered and our paperwork was in order, and, at the end of the night, personally topped off the gas for us. We wholeheartedly recommend Bel Air Honda, and Gus Mamalis in particular, for a great price and a very pleasant buying experience. More

I bought a new Civic from Mike Dowdy at Bel Air Honda yesterday and I just want to express what a positive experience it was for me. He greeted me at the door as I walked in and from that point, I knew i yesterday and I just want to express what a positive experience it was for me. He was knowledgable about the differences between the two vehicles that I was contemplating purchasing, and ultimately helped me make the decision to purchase the Civic. I didn't feel pressured at all, as he was easy to establish a rapport with and he quickly made me feel comfortable. Robert was a very low key salesman that was not pushy and fit our style. I thought the price was very good and with Robert,s style we decided not to shop to every dealer. He was a great fit for us. Overall the services provided by the dealership was ok but I was totally frustrated by the amount of mistakes they made. They started saying that I already qualified for 0.9% apr for 36 months and later t but I was totally frustrated by the amount of mistakes they made. They started saying that I already qualified for 0.9% apr for 36 months and later the guy was automatically adding 4 some percent apr. The price of the vehicle too fluctuated minute after minute. I don't understand why car buying can't be easier, even bananas have a fixed price at supermarkets, why not do so for expensive stuff like cars? There's so much haggling involved. You may end up paying 2000-2500 more or less for the same car on the same day depending upon just haggling. It's not the problem with just this dealer, every other car dealer. In summary, the guy I talked to was very friendly and nice, but overall the service was sloppy. I could have easily paid 1500-2000 more and higher interest (4% instead of 0.9%) if I sent my MOM to buy the car. You have to watch over these people like an eagle. I wish I could give you guys better reviews, but it's just the way it is. I just wanted to be fair. More
