From the very beginning, I was impressed with Bel Air Honda. I contacted them about a pre-owned vehicle I was interested in and set up an appointment to see it. I decided to go see it anyway and it was something I would have never noticed on my own, so I am very appreciative that they were honest enough to point it out. I ended up test driving and buying a similar vehicle they had. I worked with J.R. who is a walking Honda encyclopedia. I have never met any salesperson that knew more about his product. He was absolutely wonderful to work with, and between him and Mike Dowdy, they managed to get our deal down to exactly what we were looking for. When we came back in to sign the papers, Mike had managed to get us an even lower interest rate than what was originally quoted. We've been shopping for a vehicle for more than 2 weeks at multiple dealerships, and from start to finish the process at Bel Air Honda was miles above what we went through at other places.
