Mike was great to work with! He saw us on the lot and approached us to see if we had any questions. He spent considerable time with us as we requested to test drive several vehicles and was very knowledg approached us to see if we had any questions. He spent considerable time with us as we requested to test drive several vehicles and was very knowledgeable about the different models. After several hours working with us, we were not sure whether we wanted a CRV or an Accord and what color we preferred and told him we needed time to "think about it". He was not pushy, which we appreciated, but did have the sales manager come over and work up a price on our trade and a bottom line on both vehicles. We took all the information and went home to try to come to a decision. The next day we even drove to another dealership to see a color that Bel Air did not have on their lot. The sales people at this dealership did not even approach us to see if we had any questions. We returned to Bel Air and were still not quite certain which color Accord we wanted and test drove one AGAIN. Mike was very patient with us through all this and we finally made the decision to go with a silver Accord which they did not have in stock. Two days later, including Thanksgiving, Mike called to say he had our car and it was ready for us to pick up. We went down and finalized all the paperwork and were able to take home our new vehicle. We have been back to see Mike for additional instruction on operating the Navigation as we are older and don't pick things up as quick as we used to. He very patiently took the time to answer all our questions and even followed up with a phone call the following day to see if we had any additional questions. We feel Mike is a great asset for your dealership and would recommend him to everyone. PS. We feel your financial manager could be improved on. More
