185K mile service I purchased my 2004 Pilot new at a dealer that no longer exists. 10 years and 185k miles later it is still a great vehicle because I keep great record I purchased my 2004 Pilot new at a dealer that no longer exists. 10 years and 185k miles later it is still a great vehicle because I keep great records as a retired Army mechanic and the honest, good work of the people at Bel Air Honda. By phone I described to Xavier what I wanted done 2 weeks ago and today that work was done and it was under the estimate and I was in and out in 90 minutes for this major service. Chrissy was efficient and friendly. I will buy my next vehicle here not for a great deal but for the great service department that I have used for the past 5 years and hopefully for many more.
