After visiting another dealer and ready to purchase a vehicle with that dealer, I decided to stop by Bel Air Honda and look at the CRV before going through with the purchase. I was met at the door of Bel Air Honda by Benjamin Morgan who welcomed me with a friendly smile and offered to talk with me about what I was looking for in a vehicle. From the very start, he made me feel comfortable, explained all the options in the various models of the CRV and helped me decide which one best suited my desires and needs. Benjamin made me feel comfortable, at ease and confident that he was looking out for my best interest. After deciding on which model we thought would be best for me, we took a test drive during which he explained all the features of the car. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle, his patience in explaining the operating features and his ability to put me at ease as I drove it for the first time . He took my 2002 Camaro to have it evaluated for trade in value and worked up a price on the CRV for me. Having given him no idea of what I had in mind to spend, he came back with a very good price and a great trade in value for my car. At this point, I was pretty much sold but wanted my husband and son to see the vehicle. Benjamin suggested I take the vehicle home with me overnight so they could see it and so that I could experience driving the vehicle in more than just an "around the block" situation. I was very reluctant and nervous but he assured me it was fine and encouraged me to have the experience. I AM SO GLAD THAT I FINALLY AGREED. It made all the difference in the world to have the experience of driving it on the open road and convinced me that I really liked the vehicle (even though I was nervous at first). My husband and son loved the vehicle also, but they convinced me to go up a model from the LX to the EX in order to get some additional features they thought I should have. I called Benjamin and he took care of getting me the new price quote, working with me on the price I wanted, and locating the EX in the color I wanted. All this was done over the phone and once again, he responded to my calls promptly and with the information I needed. He was able to locate my car and get it back to Bel Air Honda that evening from Hagerstown. I picked up my new vehicle the next day and I LOVE IT. Benjamin had everything ready for me and best of all, I know he will be there for me in the coming weeks if I have any questions. I feel very fortunate that I was able to work with him. He is an ASSET to the dealership. I have already spread the word to friends and neighbors about the wonderful experience I had with Benjamin at Bel Air Honda. She is definitely a huge asset to Bel Air Honda Service Department, and the impact of her actions bring credit to her, the Service Department, and the entire dealership! I feel very good about bringing my car in for service when it's due since I'd rather pay for routine maintenance than deal with BIG, unexpected expenses I'd have to pay for not getting routine maintenance. My son now owns the 2004 Accord V-6 coupe I bought new at Bel Air Honda. I saw to it that recommended service was done during the time I owned it. I constantly got compliments on how well it looked and performed - people were amazed it was a 2004! Before he took ownership, I asked Chrissy Richmond what I should have done so my son wouldn't have to deal with any issues for at least two years. The services Chrissy recommended were performed, as well as the purchase of new Michelin tires. Yes, Bel Air Honda sells tires at prices that compete very well with any tire outfit around here! I have peace of mind, knowing my son doesn't have to worry about his car. If you have a car and care about it, take it to Bel Air Honda for routine maintenance and see Chrissy Richmond!
