On our third visit to showroom..and numerous calls back and forth and agreement with price over phone...Chris and his "boss" had no firkin clue about price discussed on phone with day time salesman. We were left in the cubicle while he was out at the desk discussing the price no regards to our time not letting us know what was going on. We were then asked to show them the price heritage Honda was going to sell the to us. When we ask for lowest price I don't expect to have to produce paper from another dealer. I am not happy with bel air Honda at all. I would have rather gone to heritage to purchase. I WILL NEVER recommend bel air Honda in fact I am telling all my family and friends about my experience More

I knew exactly what I wanted before arriving so that made it easy. Unfortunately the person I worked with before arriving wasnt in so I basically had to start fresh with a new person. I was pre-approved thro it easy. Unfortunately the person I worked with before arriving wasnt in so I basically had to start fresh with a new person. I was pre-approved through Honda Financial Services for the vehicle yet the dealership made me fill out a credit application anyways and was attempting to run a second credit check until I got HFS on the phone and they told them to just call to verify my information instead of doing the credit report. That was wasted time... It took 6 hours of me, my wife and two young kids sitting doing nothing for no apparenet reason before we saw the finance guy and finally signed for the vehicle. The personnel were very nice and they had fresh cookies so that was nice and a playroom for the kids. Other than the really long wait, our service was great. More

I am a student on a budget and I had a great experience here. I was very nervous about buy my first car and Mike was very understanding. I went in with an idea of what I wanted and was given all the inform here. I was very nervous about buy my first car and Mike was very understanding. Some people can go into a dealership and just buy a car without a second thought, but this was a huge purchase for me. When I finally left the dealership with my car I knew I had made the right choice! Mike was extremely patient (and he needed to be considering I changed my mind a hundred times) and extremely friendly. When I came back in to finally buy the car Mike wasn't in, he dropped everything he was doing and came right in to make sure that I was working with someone I felt comfortable with. Overall a good experience! More
