Look for JR if you want a great salesman Just bought my second Honda from them and both times JR was my salesman. Both times I've been happy with the cars, when my wife lets me drive them! Engine Falling Out Went in for an oil change and they told my wife that if she drove away the engine would fall out of the vehicle. When I drove into the service center Chrissy Richmond immediately made eye contact (great), got up (very good) and walked toward my car (fantastic!) to welcome me and record the reason for my visit. Rodney Dangerfield never got any respect but I am pretty sure even Rodney would have felt better at Bel Air Honda. I was surprised when I returned to pick up my car that Chrissy addressed me by name (I did not have to tell her who I was!!) and promptly arranged to have my car brought to the pick up area.
