Good service but had some issues. I had a quote for the service and a coupon to apply to the whole amount. When I brought my car I found out that parts they have were not compatibl I had a quote for the service and a coupon to apply to the whole amount. When I brought my car I found out that parts they have were not compatible and the special order must be done. I was told that I must pay upfront for this special parts order. So I not only have to come for the second time through no fault of mine, but my coupon can not be used for the whole amount but only for the rest of the payment. It reduced the discount applicable. I can't agree to these rules: 1. the dealership knew in advance what parts my car needed 2. why should I pay for them before they are ordered 3. why I can not use the coupon discount for the whole amount of parts and labor.
