Routine Service I bought my car from Bel Air Honda and took it there for its second oil change - and this time - tire rotation. Cost was ~$65.00. That seems expensive to me for an oil change and tire rotation, but not out of this world expensive. I brought it in for service @ 10:15am and it was ready @ 12:33pm (they estimated it would be ready @ 11:50am). Personally, I think 2 hours and 15 minutes to do an oil change and tire rotation is ludicrous. But, it didn't matter much to me since my wife picked me up and we had brunch. If I was waiting for the car, I probably would have been a little miffed. But, I'd rather them actually do the work right and take over 2 hours than not do the job right or do it at all. Other dealerships, not mentioning names, but let's just call them Boyota consistently didn't change the oil filter. Customer service was great though. I was welcomed right away, the person was more than friendly, and when I came to pickup the car after service was completed, the customer service continued to be great. Again, I was met right away, with a smile, and was processed quickly. Overall, I'd recommend this dealership. The only negative thing that I could say is the time it took to complete routine service - but again, I'd rather the service be done right and take a little longer than vice versa. More

Excellent service with quick turnaround I brought my 2008 accord in for service on a Monday morning and Ben Meyers was able to quickly diagnose the problem, order the new parts ( alternator, I brought my 2008 accord in for service on a Monday morning and Ben Meyers was able to quickly diagnose the problem, order the new parts ( alternator, gasket, battery), and got me back on the road the very next day. Best Dealer in Bel Air area hands down! Truth be told, I had shopped around quite a bit - had moved to MD about two years back and needed to replace my Honda by this fall. I love Hondas, but was confident this time I'd try something different "just because". Problem was, I had spun by Jones dealers and a few others a couple times and was turned off by them not being that friendly, and coming off as really not that honest. Got turned off by the entire "junction area" by the Jones Jeep dealership alone! Not here though! On a final whim to replace my Honda I decided to look at Bel Air Honda briefly before heading over to a dealer in Towson. I spun by just to see their inventory and was amazed at the friendly customer service. Service is the most important thing I look for - if there is chemistry there, I'll stay and keep coming. They listened to what I was looking for, and delivered. The members of the team were all wonderful, they had what I needed, and gave me a killer price as well. Will DEFINITELY come back for my next car which matures on it's lease in May! I am telling the world - LOVE YOU GUYS! More
