Not only because the car I chose is more practical (which, by the way, they made the trip to FIND the car for me) but because it seemed that everyone I talked to went out of their way to find me exactly what it was I wanted and needed in my vehicle. On top of that, they got me the best and most fair deal possible (I did my research; no one could beat the price Bel Air Honda gave me) and did all that they could to successfully get me the best interest rate available. I plan on having my car for a long time now, but anyone who is ever looking for a Honda or wants to shop around I'll definitely recommend to Bel Air Honda. More

Rick Tassone made it happen! I had test driven quite a few SUVs one morning at a different dealership. On my way home, I passed by Bel Air Honda and thought that I might as well s I had test driven quite a few SUVs one morning at a different dealership. On my way home, I passed by Bel Air Honda and thought that I might as well stop in since I was in the area. I dropped in without an appointment and was immediately greeted by Rick Tassone. Within 10 minutes he had me test driving a Honda Pilot, no muss, no fuss. I appreciated that very much. He was straightforward, not pushy (I cannot stand the hard sell type), knowledgeable and treated me very fairly. I will be the first to admit that I am not an easy customer. I knew I was buying the car that day. To say that Rick bent over backwards to work with my impossible schedule, is an understatement. He absolutely made it happen for me despite the few glitches in delivery, through no fault of his own, including driving to my work place so I could sign papers. I was impressed that someone would go the extra mile. I had the keys to my new car within 48 hours of that test drive. This was the best choice I could have made. Rick said he would make it happen, and he did. I am sure I tested his patience at times which he handled with grace and quiet confidence. I do plan to use the service department as I hope to continue my relationship with this dealership. More
2014 Accord Purchase I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Belair Honda. JR Hamilton was my sales person. I have owned 3 Hondas before, so I am fairly knowledgea I recently purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Belair Honda. JR Hamilton was my sales person. I have owned 3 Hondas before, so I am fairly knowledgeable about these vehicles. It was refreshing to deal with a sales person who actually knows his product, quite well. I have walked away quite irritated at other dealerships when I walk in and the sales rep knows nothing about the product he/ she is trying to sell. If I ask a fairly straight forward question, and they don't know the answer, it tells me that they are untrained, and inexperienced and I might as well eliminate them and go right to the manager. JR is the opposite, he knows his business and his product inside and out, he made the transaction simple and actually pleasurable, if that's possible when spending $20+K on anything. I will return to Belair Honda. More
Friendly service I went in for an oil change, brake inspection, and multi-point inspection. I thought I needed to get the brake fluid changed since I've had the car f I went in for an oil change, brake inspection, and multi-point inspection. I thought I needed to get the brake fluid changed since I've had the car for 3 years. The service advisor checked my records and informed me that service had been done during a previous service visit. She did recommend a fuel system service, power steering flush, tires and alignment. I agreed to the fuel system and power steering flush and these services were done quickly. Since it was Wednesday, I received my "ladies" discount. My car was washed before I left. The next day I noticed that on of my magnets was missing from the back and called to see if it had fallen off in the car wash. Angela, I think that was her name, gladly checked and found it and is mailing it back to me. I don't think too many places would have done that. More

This was the best overall e I purchased 2014 Honda CR-V from Bel Air Honda, with Michael Reinsfelder as my salesman and Frank Sanza as sales manager. This was the best overall experience I've ever had with purchasing a car. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. I traded in my 2004 Toyota Highlander and reached an agreeable price very quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership. Totally different experiences than looking at cars at the nearby Toyota dealership recently, or the unpleasant high-pressure experience I've had in the past with purchasing my Highlander from them. Bel Air Honda's professionalism and friendly atmosphere made a Toyota fan switch to a Honda. I'm very pleased with my new CR-V. Just love it! More
