The people I spoke with were very polite and professional. They answered my questions about what was involved in the A13 maintenance , and how long it would take. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted right away. Brittany was helping me. She was very courteous and efficient. She told me to enjoy some coffee and cookies while I was waiting, since I declined the offer of a loaner car. The fresh, home-baked cookies were excellent! They were a delicious treat to enjoy while I read the paper. I rely on Bel Air Honda for all my maintenance needs. They are great to deal with! More

This makes buying car sometimes difficult in other states. There was some initial confusion on sales tax and licensing issues. The staff was professional, friendly, and they researched the issues until we came to a satisfactory conclusion. The few minor issues that did arise during the process were dealt with quickly. Bottom line: I am very happy with the new car I purchased, the price I paid, and the process with the dealer. More
Buying my 4th CRV I would say overall, my experience with Rick Tassone and Bel Air Honda was okay. I originally came in to just test drive a new CRV, to see the differ I would say overall, my experience with Rick Tassone and Bel Air Honda was okay. I originally came in to just test drive a new CRV, to see the difference between the CRV I was trading in and the 2014 CRV's, although I wasn't crazy about the new angles in the new CRV's. Rick was very quiet during the test drive, didn't really go over the changes in the new CRV compared to mine, which was a 2007 and I was disappointed in that. He answered my questions but didn't really offer any information on his own. The amount offered on my trade in was better than the Subaru dealer I had gone to(that was the other SUV I was considering) and the sales manager threw some perks in to seal the deal and I bought the new CRV, which I am very happy with. Rick spoke to me about submitting the review and completing the survey, emphasizing how he would appreciate all 5's. That would have been fine and I would have submitted the survey and review after the rear spoiler and sealer was completed but in the meantime, Rick called me 5 times to remind me about the survey. Well, he called to ask me how I liked my new CRV and to check whether the spoiler and sealer had been completed, which he could have found out from the service dept. There is a fine line between making courtesy calls and being harassed about a survey. But I do realize that bonus's are based some on reviews. The paperwork for the car loan took entirely too long-I had to wait about 20-30 minutes to talk to the finance guy and then there was the usual pressure sales from him about the "extras" like the sealer, service contract, etc. That whole process was way too long. I love the Bel Air Honda service dept.-my daughter bought a car from Jones and her wait time for service leaves a lot to be desired. I have bought several cars from Bel Air Honda over the years and have had really no complaints at all. More
