Thank you for your response as we do utilize them for training purposes.We are the only Honda dealer that gives its first oil changes to our customers. As in anything there is a cost involved the oil the filter and the sales department actually pays that to the service department. We do over 200 of those a month and as in the sales department if they aren't selling automobiles they aren't earning a living and if the techs aren't turning wrenches they aren't either that why we aren't able to give a free tire rotation with the amount of customers we see daily. We offer the oil change to try and earn your business.For us making an human error by imputing the wrong mileage and putting the oil change sticker in your vehicle we are glad you caught it ahead of time but if you hadn't we would have at the next time you were due.
