I had known for several months that I wanted to purchase a Honda I recently graduated from a master's program and got a new job in the medical field. I had known for several months that I wanted to purchase a Honda CR-V because I know this is a very reliable SUV and has a many great features, including excellent gas mileage, especially on the highway. I had a great experience purchasing a brand new 2014 Honda CR-V at Bel Air Honda in May 2014! J.R. Hamilton was my sales representative. I would definitely recommend this dealership, especially J.R. to anyone who wants to purchase any Honda vehicle. This guy is truly incredible! He knows everything there is to know about Hondas in general and was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful during the entire lengthy process of purchasing this vehicle! Even though it was overwhelming since I've never owned my own car until now, he made the process so much easier for me. Thanks so much J.R.! I love this car...it's serving me very well! Also, thanks to all the other staff who helped make my car buying experience really amazing! Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful, certainly not aggressive in any way which is how all car dealerships should treat their customers. More

3rd Honda, 2nd one bought from Bel Air Honda Rick Tassone was a gracious, knowledgeable, patient, helpful salesman who did not pressure me. I greatly appreciated all those qualities. The manager, Frank Sanza seems to be the creator of a friendly comfortable environment and staff. It was very nice of him to stop by to see how things were going for me during my experience with Rick. I would definitely recommend the dealership and wouldstrongly direct friend, family (or even foe) to ask for Rick. By the way, I love Hondas. My first was a Prelude, the second was a 1998 Honda Accord Coupe. The latter still ran extremely well in spite of it's 230,000 miles. I sort of hated to let it go, but it was time for me to treat myself well and that's what I did. I have no doubt that I will be happy with and enjoy my 2014 Honda Accord Coupe. P.S. Pilot check engine light After contacting the dealership about engine light problem, I made an appointment for Friday at 9:00a.m.. When I arrived I was greeted and my car was After contacting the dealership about engine light problem, I made an appointment for Friday at 9:00a.m.. When I arrived I was greeted and my car was taken to have the problem checked. I asked if the car would be ready by 3:30p.m. I received a call around 2:30 and was told the car was ready. When I arrived I was informed what work was done and what would be the next step if the problem reoccurred . I was very pleased with the service and all of the people I encountered. I was especially pleased with Chrissy Richmond because she made sure I was pleased with the work that was done. She also noticed the car had not been washed and she took it upon herself to make sure it was done before I left the dealership. Thank you for making the experience painless . More

NOT A PROBLEM HERE!!! I am once again so very impressed with Bel Air Honda! I purchased a new 2014 Civic this week! It is the 2nd car I have purchased from them. My salesperson (the Wonderful Wayne Laubach) totally "got it" as far as what I needed and what $$ limitations I had. No (ZERO) pressure to do anything I wasn't fully understanding or completely comfortable with!!!!! I felt treated with respect and kindness, and got accurate, reality-based answers to my (many) questions. The need to know what I was saying "yes" to, and a pretty high number of questions and requests for clarification were all handled with patience and style. I feel like I was an informed consumer before I ever signed a piece of paper! That treatment is priceless!!!! Even after the transaction was handed off to the 'money guy' (Rick) - Wayne stuck around to check in with me and make sure the car was in tip-top shape for me to drive it away! I have sent many friends to Bel Air Honda based on my previous experiences there (sales AND service) , and now I have another purchasing experience to add to my recommendation! I'm very hesitant to shop A friend of mine suggested Bel Air Honda to me based on the wonderful experience they had and I'm SO pleased that they did. I'm very hesitant to shop for cars because I can't stand the feeling of the sale being more important than the individual that I've often felt in my car buying experiences. From the minute I walked into the dealership, I felt like I was the focus of the process. Mike Logsdon talked to me at length about what I needed and wanted in a vehicle and made suggestions based on my feedback. As a result, I ended up with a Honda CRV that I'm absolutely in love with. It was on the used lot, but is a 2014 and only had a few miles on it. I got a practically new car for a really good used price. Although the dealership is always busy, they treated me like I was the only person they had to work with that day. Always laid-back, never rushed and always always pleasant customer service. Because of the positive experience, my daughter decided that we should purchase her first car from this dealership as well. Last night, we picked out her Toyota Corolla and again, they were awesome and very patient with her. I have a very happy teenager. This entire experience seems like more than buying a car. It feels like we're building a relationship. Thank you Bel Air Honda! Because of the quality of our vehicles, we may not be buying another car soon, but I promise to send everyone that mentions car buying to me, your way. More
