From the very beginning, I was impressed with Bel Air Honda. I contacted them about a pre-owned vehicle I was interested in and set up an appointment to see it. I decided to go see it anyway and it was something I would have never noticed on my own, so I am very appreciative that they were honest enough to point it out. I ended up test driving and buying a similar vehicle they had. I worked with J.R. who is a walking Honda encyclopedia. I have never met any salesperson that knew more about his product. He was absolutely wonderful to work with, and between him and Mike Dowdy, they managed to get our deal down to exactly what we were looking for. When we came back in to sign the papers, Mike had managed to get us an even lower interest rate than what was originally quoted. We've been shopping for a vehicle for more than 2 weeks at multiple dealerships, and from start to finish the process at Bel Air Honda was miles above what we went through at other places. Appointment times are accommodated, transportation to and from home is provided while vehicle is serviced, scheduled maintenance is advised appropriately, and mechanical work is top-notch. Our initial contact was by internet with Ashleigh Williams who responded promptly to our inquiry about vehicle pricing and availability. Upon visiting the showroom we were met by Peter Ikotun, our salesperson. Peter was very professional and knowledgeable and made the car buying experience very pleasant and easy. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. He patiently and politely answered all of our questions about the vehicle and accompanied us on our test drive. Negotiating a price was done in a no-pressure environment and we found this price to be the best in the area. Frank Sanza, the sales manager, helped to complete the process in a friendly and easy manner. Financing was completed very quickly and we drove home with our new Honda CR-V!
