Best Dealer in Bel Air area hands down! Truth be told, I had shopped around quite a bit - had moved to MD about two years back and needed to replace my Honda by this fall. Problem was, I had spun by Jones dealers and a few others a couple times and was turned off by them not being that friendly, and coming off as really not that honest. Got turned off by the entire "junction area" by the Jones Jeep dealership alone! Not here though! On a final whim to replace my Honda I decided to look at Bel Air Honda briefly before heading over to a dealer in Towson. I spun by just to see their inventory and was amazed at the friendly customer service. Service is the most important thing I look for - if there is chemistry there, I'll stay and keep coming. They listened to what I was looking for, and delivered. The members of the team were all wonderful, they had what I needed, and gave me a killer price as well. Will DEFINITELY come back for my next car which matures on it's lease in May! I am telling the world - LOVE YOU GUYS! More

2015 PILOT PURCHASE My husband and I were looking to upgrade our KIA Sportage-we wanted more room and liked the look of the Pilot. We visited the Bel Air dealership on 9-5-14 and brought our new Pilot home the same evening. We were so impressed with the process of Max going over the whole vehicle. My husband and I have always purchased new vehicles, but have never had such attention given to us from the first 5 minutes of pulling on the lot to the signing of the paperwork. First impressions are lasting ones and this one definitely will be - I have already spread the word to family and friends!
