This was the best overall experience I've ever had with purchasing a car. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. I traded in my 2004 Toyota Highlander and reached an agreeable price very quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership. Totally different experiences than looking at cars at the nearby Toyota dealership recently, or the unpleasant high-pressure experience I've had in the past with purchasing my Highlander from them. Bel Air Honda's professionalism and friendly atmosphere made a Toyota fan switch to a Honda. I'm very pleased with my new CR-V. Just love it! More

nice but expensive my vehicle had been serviced a few months ago at a local shop for the same issue. they didn't fix the issue properly since my car started acting up ag my vehicle had been serviced a few months ago at a local shop for the same issue. they didn't fix the issue properly since my car started acting up again within 3 months. however, at least their prices were more reasonable. labor was $250! thats more than the local shop charged for the parts and labor. that just seems high for me. especially considering they are part of a dealer. aren't they making enough money selling cars to make their labor prices a little more reasonable? Max was a wonderful salesman. He was professional and not pushy at all. I made it pretty clear what I want and how much I was willing to spend. In my many car purchases over the years, he is the only sales rep who actually walked me through every detail of the automobile, showed me how everything worked, handled the settings etc. Maybe this is the Honda way or maybe it is just Max's way. Either way, it made me want to share with others I know who are in the market to consider making a switch and to go see Max! More
