Hamilton then took us for a test drive. He was a WEALTH of information which was much appreciated since this car has a lot of technology that we were not familiar with. We liked his professionalism, clear understanding of the car and the fact that he did not pressure us in any way. For us that was a big plus. When another dealer came in a little under Bel Air Honda's monthly leasing price, BAH matched the quote. A definite no brainer for us. J. R. is definitely an asset to this dealership. Hondas are easy cars to sell, but his immense knowledge about the product and his easygoing style were important factors in choosing this dealership. Thank you J. By phone I described to Xavier what I wanted done 2 weeks ago and today that work was done and it was under the estimate and I was in and out in 90 minutes for this major service. Chrissy was efficient and friendly. I will buy my next vehicle here not for a great deal but for the great service department that I have used for the past 5 years and hopefully for many more.
