Our salesperson, Rick Tassone, and sales manager, Chris made this a very smooth transaction. They both were friendly and didn't pressure us at all. Rick was very knowledgeable about the Honda Accord that we purchased. We went to another Honda dealer and found the salesperson was not very helpful. You could tell that he only wanted the sale, and more so, he was incorrect with telling us some of the specifics of the Accord which we later found out. Rick knew the Accord inside out and answered all of our questions. You could tell he is a very experienced car salesman. The car is exactly what we wanted. We felt the deal was reasonable and affordable. This was a very pleasant experience for us, and we will definitely recommend Bel Air Honda and having Rick as the salesperson. More

I went to all the dealerships, for all the cars seeking information. I explained I was not buying a car that day, but sometime in the near future. Not all dealers or sales professionals were really interested in helping, listening, or answering my many questions. Not so, at Bel Air Honda. Not only did they understand exactly how I was shopping for a car, but they were also confident that they would win my business. There was never any pressure. My first visit was simply to gather facts. My second visit was for a test-drive. The process for me took about a month. I'm sure they thought I wasn't coming back. My third visit was to make the purchase. Let me just say, these folks know how to do business and know how to treat customers. I never really even considered a Honda before I stopped at their dealership on the way to another dealership. The product, their no gimmicks, approach to sales, their confidence and knowledge of their product and competition won me over. I am now a proud Honda owner. If I purchase another car it will definitely be a Honda, and it will definitely be from Bel Air Honda. Hopefully, my wonderful salesman, Peter, will still be there to reap the rewards of a well-built relationship.
