When I drove into the service center Chrissy Richmond immediately made eye contact (great), got up (very good) and walked toward my car (fantastic!) to welcome me and record the reason for my visit. Rodney Dangerfield never got any respect but I am pretty sure even Rodney would have felt better at Bel Air Honda. I was surprised when I returned to pick up my car that Chrissy addressed me by name (I did not have to tell her who I was!!) and promptly arranged to have my car brought to the pick up area. Delighted! I previously bought a Honda CRV in 2003 from Bel air Honda. The car has been great but felt it was time for a new one. However had some concerns about the service department over the past year. Upon arriving I first met LAN to show me the updated CRV and take me for a test drive. She was so kind, listened to my concerns and spent time explaining the new features. Because LAN had to leave, Rick Tassone completed the financial end. Most importantly, he and the manager addressed my concerns about the service department. After explaining the changes, it was an easy decision. As a single woman, I have experienced times when you are not treated with respect. I quickly realized that they valued honesty and respect as much as I did... Overall a great experience! More
