So when I brought it in for its oil change, etc. on 1/12/15, I asked if they could clean it then. Max said he would take care of it and did. We purchased the Odyssey from Bel Air Honda and had 2 years experience with the service department on a 2001 Honda Odyssey we had prior to that. We were so pleased with customer service in all departments, that we couldn't get ourselves to look at other dealers. We were helped by Mike R for both purchases - and we couldn't be happier. Mike is very easy to work with and very personable. When we bough the 2013 Odyssey - our one complaint was how long it took to get through finance. We were both a little leery to see it was the same gentleman handling finance when we purchased the 2015 Pilot. I am happy to say however that the process, while still long, went much more smoothly this time. This was our first time trading in a vehicle that still had a lien out on it - and they made the process simple for us. I am very happy with the sales department, finance, service department and the management at Bel Air Honda. Happy to return and will continue to recommend. More
