We were greeted by our salesman Dennis and within one hour the paperwork was complete, and within a few minutes our 2015 Honda Pilot Touring Edition 4x4 was full of gas, hard tagged, spotless, and ready to go. This was the easiest and most stress-free car buying experience I have had in 35 years. We will be bringing my Mother over to Bel Air Honda for a vehicle in the next 30 days. I would highly recommend for anyone contemplating a Honda purchase to put Bel Air at the top of your list. More

Excellent Customer Service I had never been to Bel Air Honda, in fact I didn't know that it existed until I drove past it. As I was in the market for leasing a car, as a first I had never been to Bel Air Honda, in fact I didn't know that it existed until I drove past it. As I was in the market for leasing a car, as a first time leaser, I figured I would stop in and see what they had to offer. I was greeted at the door by Chris Schroeder, a sales and leasing consultant. Within approximately three hours, I had traded in my old Accord (for which I was given a very generous trade-in value) and I was driving home in my newly leased 2015 Accord. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to review with me, every feature of the Accord. As a first time leaser, he was extremely patient as I considered the different pricing options and lease terms. After my purchase, he has continued to be available to me for any questions that I have. As a consumer who is not a stranger to experiencing poor customer service, Chris was a breath of fresh air. Hondas are wonderful cars and there are many dealers to choose from. When all else is equal, for me, the most important aspect of making a purchase is the customer service that I receive.
