This was helpful as I was coming from far out of town to get the deal on the specific make and model I wanted. My salesman was Mike Logsdon and he was very friendly and accommodating. We ran into a couple minor snags in the process and he went out of his way to make them right with no argument or excuses. Finally Josh in finance was the best finance guy I've ever dealt with. He knew his stuff without ever making me feel annoyed or like I was being talked down to. Believe me some finance departments can really beat you down but Josh was 100% respectful and straightforward. Overall I'd recommend this dealer. Everyone gets anxious with the car buying process but as far as dealerships go this purchase couldn't have been any easier. Thanks, I love my vehicle so far. More

Inspection failed only by a couple percents at another automotive place because of the tint. Since we bought the car new at a Honda dealership in Texas and we didn't add tint to it I came to this dealership for help. At first they suggested I contact the dealership in Texas... when I asked them if they could recheck the tint since it was off only by a couple percents and they are a certified inspection station (it would take a couple of minutes, somebody could just take the tool out and do it even not bringing it to the shop). Well they said they won't do it unless I pay for the whole new inspection (which is $112 by the way) another service representative said Maybe it would cost $50 just to recheck. Nobody even came out to look at the car. Zero helpfulness, bad representation of Honda and taking care of the customers. We own two Hondas and they have always been serviced at Honda dealerships. Could have they helped? I felt like they just didn't want to deal with it. More

The Best Car Experience! Nicest People Ever! Let me start this review by saying that I have been to numerous dealers throughout the years... BMW, Benz, Land Rover, Subaru, Honda, Acura, Audi... H Let me start this review by saying that I have been to numerous dealers throughout the years... BMW, Benz, Land Rover, Subaru, Honda, Acura, Audi... Have covered all the car bases! And spent lots of money. When buying a new car, you know you are going to tie yourself down financially. It's just nicer being able to do it with pleasant no fuss people! I had gone to Heritage Honda first, being that it is the closest to me. Completely unprofessional management and sales team. I am a straight shooter, and this place ain't about straight shootin! Asked their sales manager fort heir best price, and he told me shop around and come back and he would beat it! First of all I don't have that kinda time! Or that kinda patience! And that in my opinion is poor business practice! So I called up Bel Air Honda on a whim to get an idea.. And spoke to Kalvin first, he is a sales manager. And I knew after speaking with him, that I was definitely going to go up there and buy my car. He put me in contact with Chris Schroeder in sales, and he closed the deal for me. Mind you this was all done over the phone. SEVERAL times over the phone! Over a 3 week span. I was blowing them up with questions, and requests, and they answered and obliged on ALL occasions. I finally got up there last Friday, and they couldn't believe I actually existed! LOL! They most likely presumed I was a crazy lady, that was just stringing them along! Today is Monday, and my new CRV is sitting in my driveway! Andy the finance manager was equally as friendly, and Josh in finance was also awesome! I can't thank them enough for all their help, and for making this process painless! I wish all of them continued success, and look forward to sending as much business their way as possible! Then not only was the appraisal bad but the way I got treated afterwards was like a slap in the face. They were not understanding to my situation and did not seem to care to even try to help me out . Just straight here are the numbers and we can't help you come back when you have more money down . I talked to the sales manager before heading due to the fact I live a 1/2 hour away and didn't want to waste gas or time coming up to get turned away. He told me to head up they had helped plenty of people out in my situation. So I took his word and drove up and ended up leaving the dealership 2 hours later nauseated and a little disrespected after the way they handled everything . More

Very good, very prompt service Our car broke down in MD on a family vacation en route to VA from MA. We rented a car so we could enjoy our vacation. We were really stuck, they were able to have us in a new car ready to drive back to Massachusetts in four hours. Sales and Finance Dept. were friendly, polite, and very good to work with.
