Robby was awesome! I had my truck in for service and was contemplating of trading my truck in for the aluminum 150, so I walked into showroom, and Robby greeted me. He was professional, knew very well of the product I was seeking! It was because of him I decided to trade my truck in that day. I asked Robby if with the trade and the money they were giving me for my old truck if I could receive a sprayed bed liner and the same tri fold cover for the back, he went to talk with his manager and Mike the manager came to me without Robby present and said yes, I asked if it would be the same cover I had on my old truck Mike said yes. Long story short the bed liner arrives at my home expecting me to put the cover on! I called Mike he did not return my call Robby called me! Again he was so professional! When my husband came home from work he said it is not the same cover! So, my husband went in this am in again Robby, fixed all and I will be receiving what I was told I would get for a cover! He is excellent!!! More
Excellent Service I live in FL and purchased a new F150 at a local dealer there and within a week drove the truck to VT to spend the summer season. I found a problem with the trucks trailer plug and called the selling dealer,no luck, called the Ford helpline, no luck, called a dealer near me in VT, no luck. Heritage Ford was recommended by a friend, so I took the truck in.( 100+ miles round trip ) Very long story short, Service adviser Shawn Clifford and Heritage employees won my problem and as a result it was found that the selling dealer neglected to install a brake relay and fuse. It was not Heritages problem, but they took care of it. Having had no luck with my initial inquires,, fair to say I wasn't happy with Ford. Heritages service restored my faith in Ford, and they deserve a pat on the back. More
