Excellent Service This is the first time I have been to Heritage, having recently purchased a used 2012 Ford Fiesta. The car was up for a couple of recalls, so I contac This is the first time I have been to Heritage, having recently purchased a used 2012 Ford Fiesta. The car was up for a couple of recalls, so I contacted Heritage and scheduled an appoint (on the wrong day, according to my wife). My wife then called and rescheduled. I brought the car in to be there ALL DAY and Heritage made $0 dollars from me for a series of lengthy replacements and repairs. They even went over the vehicle in an inspection process and found NOTHING of concern. Well they could not have been more courteous and professional had I been there to purchase a Ford F-250 Quad Cab. I would recommend this dealership to EVERYONE. Great job ... and thank you! More

Service above and beyond the call of duty I'm a double Sr. Citizen (3/4 Century + 8) and drove our Ford Escape until a serpentine belt came flying out from under the card. It was time. Heritage was visited and Katie was there to insure we were well taken care of. Such a dilemma, but her advice, encouragement, was the right cure - Katie went over options and connected us into a new technology that I was very familiar with when I was employed in research. Katie has that soft, needed help when things seem are 'at the end of the rope.' Katie carefully explains the options because she is well studied in the service end of the business. Not a "soft" sell, but a careful examination of situations - sort of a 'this is what I would do in this situation.- "Realistic!' is the right word. By the way folks, seriously consider the Ford CMAX Hybrid - it's a Global Warming killer!!! More
