Service is awful So many issues to list so I'll list a few, vehicle was never touched/looked at even if you had an appointment, forgetting to put necessary bolts and f So many issues to list so I'll list a few, vehicle was never touched/looked at even if you had an appointment, forgetting to put necessary bolts and fuses/sensors back in the car, and saying they have done something when they had not. I recommend avoiding at all cost. I feel bad for sales as you lose loyal customers if the service is bad. We had a great sales experience, service is severally lacking. I would not recommend anyone to get their vehicle serviced here. I am not the first to say this either as I know many who have said the same thing when I have shared my experiences with them. This dealership has lost us as a customer. I hope the General Sales Manager sees this so they know where they are losing customers and why. It is due to service. More
