Heritage Ford - Service Center

State Inspection and a few concerns I took my car in for inspection and indicated a few extra things that were noticed. A. A squeaky brake, B. an intermittent garble when using Bluetoot I took my car in for inspection and indicated a few extra things that were noticed. A. A squeaky brake, B. an intermittent garble when using Bluetooth for phone, and C. When connecting ipod to sync via USB, the songs would not advance. Results: A. Fixed the problem, no more squeak. B. Updated Sync, but garble is still present. Does not happen when I don't use the Bluetooth. They were unable to come up with any other solution. C. They feel the problem is with the iPod not the Sync. Overall, a very pleasant, professional, and caring attitude and operation. More

Exalent service Went in for a oil change and state inspection left with oil changed, truck inspected and two scratches buffed out for no extra charge. She was able to find a fix for the problem and I, therefore, did not have to do a return visit. I've purchased every car I've ever owned from the dealership in Montpelier. Considering I am 73 years old....that's a lot of cars. However, I've decided that when I next purchase a vehicle it will be from Heritage Ford. More
