Emergency service I wanted to thank the entire Heritage Ford team for getting my car squeezed into an emergency service appointment yesterday. At check-in, Shawn handle I wanted to thank the entire Heritage Ford team for getting my car squeezed into an emergency service appointment yesterday. At check-in, Shawn handled my concerns about my car very seriously and he was able to put me at ease knowing the service guys would be able to get it looked at that day even though they were busy. Unfortunately my car was needed to stay at the shop overnight due to the nature of the issue but Shawn made sure I got a ride home from the shuttle. I have always thought the standards of Heritage Ford were pretty great but now they have gone up another level! Thank so much for taking care of me as quicker than I thought was possible. More

Truck Service Dropped my truck off Thursday night, oil change/check engine light/swap gas filler neck. Had to leave it for the weekend because the bolts holding the tank in were rusted. It was done Monday morning at 10 am and it didn’t cost and arm and a leg! Great service, they keep you up to date, and they are honest! Going back for more services and for new vehicles. 10/10. The service guys deserve a raise! More

Excellent Experience My husband and I took our new to us 2018 F150 in for recent service. We had a front bearing issue and problem with the turbocharger high pressure chec My husband and I took our new to us 2018 F150 in for recent service. We had a front bearing issue and problem with the turbocharger high pressure check valve, which was leaking sporadically so it was hard to pinpoint. We took the tech for a guick ride and of course the bearing was readily apparent, but wouldn't you know that the turbocharger valve didn't make a peep. But we explained the noise best as we could. When we picked it up the next morning, the bearing was quiet. The turbocharger issue was explained as a high pressure relief valve, the tech knew what the issue was, and it hasn't made a peep since. Shawn at the service desk was very helpful. VERY HAPPY!! More

Ryan knows his stuff and delivered knowledgeable answers to all of my many questions. A true asset to Heritage Ford! Kyle and I went on a diagnostic ride, which can be awkward, but Kyle made it painless and actually enjoyable. Although he didn't have the answer just then, 8 hours later they had the problem figured out. The following week a dropped off my truck for a pretty significant repair and it was completed a few hours ahead of schedule. When I picked it up, I thought there was still something wrong because of a slight clicking noise. Right then and there, Kyle jumped in the truck with me and went for a ride. Although this tiny issue (I didn't know) was NOT part of the original repair, Kyle dropped me off and put the truck right back in the shop. 10 minutes later he handed me the keys and said,"All set, it was just a loose rear wheel hub". I was a little embarrassed but thankful. The team at Heritage Ford works together like a well-oiled machine. Fast, efficient and they do the job RIGHT! And I'm a hard guy to please. Service appointment I brought my Ford Fiesta in on Saturday, March 2, 2019 for it's 70,000 mile servicing. I arrived early and my vehicle was checked right in. The car wa I brought my Ford Fiesta in on Saturday, March 2, 2019 for it's 70,000 mile servicing. I arrived early and my vehicle was checked right in. The car was done in the time promised. As always, I received excellent customer service. Shawn was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. While I was waiting in the customer waiting room, Kevin Dowd who sold me my car, came over and said hello, and asked how I was. He asked I was still loving my Fiesta. The answer to his question was yes. I love my Fiesta. I will keep coming back to Heritage Ford for all my car needs. Definitely recommend them. More
