HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I worked with Omar, he told me several things were wrong with my Ford Escape. After telling him I wanted to get the service done at a local repair shop, he refused to give me a pr several things were wrong with my Ford Escape. Instead, he wrote on my receipt “purge valve and expected this to suffice. After taking it to a different car repair shop, turns out this is not even the issue. Pretty bad experience, came in to look at a 2020 Mustang GT and assistant sales manager Graham Wariso would not work with me on the price. Just a few days ago there was a heritage discount which he said was GT and assistant sales manager Graham Wariso would not work with me on the price. Just a few days ago there was a heritage discount which he said was no longer on the table because “they needed to make money” but I thought Ford was looking out for Americans during this crisis? Apparently Heritage Ford cares more about money than they do their customers. I was ready to sign on the dot for the right deal but Graham didn’t want to make it. And no test drives? They “don’t want to add miles to their new cars” they didn’t mention COVID in the reasoning at all. I’m not sure if they thought I was too young to buy a car but I was treated unprofessionally and I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Horrible customer service but even worse technicians Took my car in to get checked had an appointment they call me next day tell me they couldn’t find the problem they would have to ckeck the transmisión Took my car in to get checked had an appointment they call me next day tell me they couldn’t find the problem they would have to ckeck the transmisión but it would have to be till maybe 2 weeks later but my car had to stay in the shop to save the spot to have it checked when ever they had time I didn’t agree leaving it there so long without it being checked so I go pick it up ,my surprise when I get home and try to turn it back on it’s completely dead, I called to have it towed to a shop turns out ford mechanics had loosen a connection that goes to he battery, Why would they touch the battery it had nothing to do with what I took it in for. More
There mechanics do horrible work. My Moms Ford Fiesta transmission was fixed under warranty, just 2000 out of warranty,and 18 months later, the transmission goes out again. One day into 4 days I am giving a low rating due to them lying, I brought the vehicle in to replace the transmission shift cable. The service advisor was not very sure of himself and would be shady about the broken part. I would not recommend their service. More
Service is not 12 days ago I gave Heritage Ford my vehicle. They said I need a new transfer case. They installed the wrong one. Service advisor stated that they wer 12 days ago I gave Heritage Ford my vehicle. They said I need a new transfer case. They installed the wrong one. Service advisor stated that they were sent the wrong part and failed to check it before installing it. After receiving the new and supposedly correct transfer case they called and told me that the front axle is no longer working. This morning on day 12, while stranded out of state, on the day the vehicle is supposed to be ready, the service advisor informs me that the part will not be in for another week. More

Sales Great - Service Not It is hard to give the dealership a rating. The sales department and finance department were great when I got my new vehicle. But about a month late It is hard to give the dealership a rating. The sales department and finance department were great when I got my new vehicle. But about a month later the AC went out and my dealings with the service department have been sub-par. So bad in fact I would not recommend this dealership. I don't care that they offer lifetime oil changes, I would rather pay than deal with the service department again. Add the fact that I have contacted them about the lack of service and still have not heard from anyone with even so much as an apology. Service Department needs to get their Customer Service act together. More
