I had a great experience with Heritage Ford. I researched dozens of cars in the class I was looking at, and finally settled upon a Ford Fusion for a variety of reasons. I went to Heritage and met Charlie, wh dozens of cars in the class I was looking at, and finally settled upon a Ford Fusion for a variety of reasons. I went to Heritage and met Charlie, who was an extremely laid back salesman, and easily helped guide me with my purchase. This was my first new car purchase, so he was very patient with all my questions. He and I were able to connect very quickly and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. I was able to get a great deal on a rare car model, and I love the car! I would definitely recommend buyers to Heritage and will be returning in the future. More

Heritage Ford overall is a very good dealership. I would have given it a 5 in all categories except for a couple issues in each area. Returning my calls weren't always as timely as I would have liked, the have given it a 5 in all categories except for a couple issues in each area. Returning my calls weren't always as timely as I would have liked, the 2012 Focus is of very good quality but I've had just a couple issues with the service dept in the past, one associate really rubbed me the wrong way but the rest were great, overall experience was a 4 because of the things I mentioned, and finally the price was about as good as I could expect for a special-ordered 2012 Ford Focus (new car, not a ton of negotiation room). Overall I would say that I really like Heritage Ford, we've been purchasing vehicles there for years and we've loved every vehicle we've ever bought there! Thanks to Heritage Ford, I love my 2012 Ford Focus so much you can be sure to hear from me again when my lease is up! More

Just love how the people at Heritage Ford take care of there customers. I just recently purchased a brand new car from Heritage not because of the "DEAL" any car dealer could give you that. It's because they went above and beyond what they were required to do to help facilitate the purchase of my new car. Bill the car sales man that I was working with, was straight forward and honest with you. My purchase experience was special to me because I was not trading my old car in. So I did not know how I was going to be able to get over to South Burlington to purchase the car. That's when Bill offered to drive to the other side of the state to pick me up, so I could get my new car. All and all I highly recommend Heritage Ford whether you are in the market to buy a new or used car or if you just want to take a car for a spin. There sells team is highly professional and Heritage is not a high pressure dealer. Heritage want's what you want in an auto dealer. No gimmicks, no once in a life time deals, and no bull. The customer service was great because the salesman did an awesome job and he was very patient with me. The salesman was very friendly.
