Integrity a trait that Matt has makes him the best Service Manager's that I have ever worked with. I am a returning customer because of his loyalty to the Company, and his Customer's. Dave Phelps is an amazing guy every time I go to get anything worked on on my car this guy is so helpful a few times I went and this lady helped me and she made me not even want to comeback there but on anything worked on on my car this guy is so helpful a few times I went and this lady helped me and she made me not even want to comeback there but once Dave started to help me everything been so smooth very very helpful and understanding he definitely deserve a promotion this guy can take you guys business to another level More

Great overall service starting with the scheduling attendant to the service agent and the service technicians. I was disappointed that the coupons offered by mopar were not able to be honored as usual attendant to the service agent and the service technicians. I was disappointed that the coupons offered by mopar were not able to be honored as usual for oil changes. I usually purchase the package and or coupons from dealer and mopar. But this time mopar put out only synthetic oil coupons which were not honored at Parkville. More

Took into Heritage service for an out of warranty repair. This is where I originally purchased vehicle. Went back and fourth with service department. Paid for engine repair but vehicle still had engine issu This is where I originally purchased vehicle. Went back and fourth with service department. Paid for engine repair but vehicle still had engine issues. Service dept never test drove the vehicle after engine repair. I had to pay additional 400 to another Chrysler dealership to complete the repair. Service manager is very unprofessional. More
