Great experience! Was in the market for several months finding my new truck. I worked with Jeremy and Ethan specifically to place a factory order since I didn’t want to compromise on buying just anything. They made sure to get me the exact truck I wanted at a great price. I greatly appreciated the transparency! They didn’t play any games other dealerships are notorious for. They made the whole process very easy. I emailed my build, negotiated a deal, submitted my deposit, and signed preliminary paperwork remotely. Jermey and Ethan were always accessible and I received constant updates on my vehicle status. The build only took about 5 weeks and I received a video from Jermey the morning it arrived off the truck. Once actually going into the dealership, I met a few other employees. Everyone there were extremely friendly and easy to work with. Anyone in the market for a new vehicle should definitely consider Heritage CDJR Parkville. This dealership is horrible. The buying process was excellent, I will admit. However, my vehicle had a check engine light come on 2 weeks after purchasing. I dropped off my vehicle, they contacted me within 6 hours and said there's nothing wrong with it and to come get it. I had the vehicle diagnosed again, at a certified shop. Heritage cleared the codes and sent me home in a vehicle that has issues. I contacted their Service Director Matt Beckman and told him this. He said they would take of it. It hasn't been taken care of yet... Almost 2 weeks later. More
