We were just browsing that day and he took the time to show us vehicles and test drive several. I am very picky. We told him we'd think about it and get back to him. He called no more than once a week to ensure we were being taken care of. So, when I said it was time, we went right back to Dax. I didn't get a Jeep, and Dax had some vehicles lined up for me. I guess by then, he knew my style. The first vehicle he showed me was perfect--I didn't even have to test drive the other ones! Customer service was phenomenal...Both Mike and Karen went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. And to make matters even better, when I came back the next day to give my second key went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. The price I got was excellent. I also was VERY pleased with the assistance of the finance manager,Pamela Mayfield however, the delivery of my car was horrible. My experience was by far the best I've ever had. Mike was terrific and the rest of the staff was pleasant to work with. My husband and I has a great experience with this dealer and salesman. The salesman was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to answer our questions. The quality of work on the salesman's part was great, but when we got out vehicles detailed it seemed like they missed a few things (vacuuming and cleaning dirt from dashboard). They were very workable with the price range and were able to give us a decent price - the price was still in the middle of our price range which is why I gave a 4 instead of a 5 for price. Overall, my experience was great and I will definitely go back to them when I need another car! More
