The actual delivery prep on car was phenomenal. Preparation of the car was beyond my expectations from selection to turning over the keys on a very well detailed 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland! Having a military background, I'm always cognizant of the details and Heritage did not disappoint. As for the price, I received a very competitive rate on the trade-in and some additional reductions on the new car that just made the entire deal feel solid. The buying process was faster than I’ve experienced before at other dealerships. From time of walk-in, we completed a test drive and all paperwork in about 2 hours. Price was fair, could have been better but still lower than a comparable CarMax offering. Only improvement I would suggest, the vehicle could have been a little cleaner when I arrived. Had some dirt/mud on the floor mats, noticed some other minor smudges throughout and I later found some trash under the seats. Car could have used another detailing. Only other issue, I had a check engine light come on just minutes after leaving the dealership but the service department has addressed the situation. George in the service department is extremely professional, friendly and helped get me in and out promptly. Car buying is what it is; all things considered I would recommend this dealership! More
