UPDATE - no solution - filed a complaint further - A "manager" called me and tried to intimidate me. His tones was so demeaning and offensive and I couldn't believe it . Never taking responsibility for what is happening but instead making it seem okay and normal that the vehicle was brought in numerous times for same issue .He manage to bring up unnecessary things to try to intimidate me. Multiple times the vehicle was dropped and it was not fixed ( 3 times to many and 1 time back with new STILL EXISTING ISSUE ) Instead of taking responsibility for the fact the service team is poor he made me feel like I did something wrong .He gave me the impression he called because he was required to because of complaint not that he had no intention on resolving my issue , had to be on the call to understand . He also very arrogant. I'm speechless . Never have I ever experience a complete staff that just doesn't care . just trying to get by at my expense (time required to get child care , get a rental because the “loaners” there are a size hazard for my family) ) , I have small kids and it is super inconvenient to bring a vehicle back for the same repairs and no progress.
