I normally don’t leave reviews but my recent car purchase went so well I just had to say something. Things started off rough when I got to the dealer to look at a wrangler I saw online. When I arrived the wrangler had been sold and no one had told me. At that point I met Deyiah. She was able to get me in an even newer , 2023 wrangler for the same monthly payment! She was a professional from start to finish. She went above and beyond, even coming to my home to pick up my title. I didn’t even have to drive back to the dealership. I had a question later and she even answered my text on her day off. Ambiorix rode with me during my test drive. He is the nicest man. He told me all about the vehicle and was a complete professional. When I came back to get my plates, Ambiorix rushed out in the cold to put them on my vehicle and told me I could just wait in the car. I didn’t even need to come inside. This was the worst car buying experience that one could imagine. Staff was late, unattentive, and unprofessional. Agreed upon vehicle was not on lot when I arrived.
