When I arrived to pick up the vehicle the price at closing was EXACTLY the purchase of our 2023 Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve by phone and email. The service team is great. Especially, Scott Rivenbark. The first time I went in for an issue he informed it was covered by an extended warranty I took out when I bought the Je Especially, Scott Rivenbark. The first time I went in for an issue he informed it was covered by an extended warranty I took out when I bought the Jeep in 2010 back when I lived in Virginia. I thought it had expired as a previous dealer did some brake work that should have been covered under the warranty and never mentioned it. They also did it wrong. Scott got it all straightened out. I have had several issues since fixed and Scott got many of them covered under the warranty. He is very professional and takes obvious pride in getting the job done properly with outstanding customer service. He is the reason I will continue to go there for any work that needs to be done.
