xxxx Poor Customer Service. No Respec. Take your business and money else where. They truly do not care about you and will undercut you while your there. Similar truck comes in again, i ask if i need to put a deposit down im told no. Come in again the truck is sold again. I have been a customer here since 2014, I have bought a car from here yearly. Yes, yearly. You would expect a bussiness would take care of a customer that returns year after year to dobusinesss but no. We were in search of a ram truck and found one at Ken’s dealer… We contacted him and he replied back to us very quickly with a great price. We live out of state so we made a trip to pick the truck up site dealer… We contacted him and he replied back to us very quickly with a great price. He also had a lot of the paperwork already completed when we got there which helped save time. He was patient and answered all of our questions.
